You can request deletion of your Shadehopper account and associated data at any time. Follow the steps below and we'll take care of the rest.
Send an email to contact@shadehopper.com from (or including) the email address you used to register with Shadehopper.
Please include in your message:
Within 30 days of your request, we will delete your account along with your associated data, including your route history and saved preferences.
Some aggregate, anonymous analytics data may be retained. This information cannot be used to identify you and helps us understand how Shadehopper is used overall.
